CWC 7th Annual Dinner 2015 at the PARK
There are some very special and memorable events during a year and the CWC Annual Dinner 2015 held on 30 Oct 2015 was without question an outstanding celebration of gourmet dining with perfectly paired wines. Probably no one else does such an event in Kolkata in its range and scope.
The Rosewood Banquet Hall of THE PARK was all set to welcome guests for the CWC Annual Dinner 2015 for the sit down table service of the 7 Course with paired wines dinner.
The staff of Park with their master chef Sharad Dewan in command and ably supported by Rohan Anand who coordinated the execution of the minutest detail demanded by us along with a 120 member team in the kitchen and in the banquet room surpassed all expectations and left everyone highly impressed by the class of the food, it's taste and even more the artistic and creative presentations that left an over lasting feel good impression.
Keith Edgar introduced the Bordeaux wines before each course. Malay Raut talked about the Grover Zampa Soiree, Sandeep Kang about the Cognac and Anil Vaswani introduced the award winning Barrique Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from Four Seasons. The wine sponsors for the evening were Parsan Brothers, Grover Zampa, Hennessy and Four Seasons. CWC gratefully acknowleges their involvement and support.
